I used to have house cleaners who I paid $300 a month to clean my house. They didnt get to the details enough for me so I fired them and decided to do it myself. This app allows me to keep my house cleaner than they did by cleaning just an hour a day and keeping track of what needs to be done next!

This is my #1 favorite purchase ever made on iPhone apps. Now I dont have to think about cleaning until Tody notifies me lol. Tell me what to do, Today!! Love that you can make your own tasks like "scoop cat litter" or "wash pajamas". I like that this app is just about cleaning house. Helps me focus getting task done around the house.

When I clean I do a little here and a little there. This app has really helps me keep on task get things clean, and you get the satisfaction of marking a task done. It feels amazing! I would recommend this to people like me who get distracted but want to keep organized at the same time. Its wonderful!

I would buy it if it had a widget. Its the only real complaint I have. I find the app extremely useful but I need a quick way to view my tasks.

I rarely bother rating apps, but I just to review Tody. I have always made lists for chores and tried to check off each week, but it was hard to keep everything done, and I often forgot little things like baseboards or dusting my fan blades. With this I can put every single little thing, sort them into spaces, and set the reminders for when they need to be done, rather than hoping that I remember this or that. I like that I can set frequency, the option of looking what needs to be done today only, and sorting chores into rooms. I especially love the color coding. As someone who works through things visually, it really motivates me daily. Seeing a bunch of red really gets me to hurry up and sweep already. Ive gotten three people to buy it after showing them!

Well worth it, makes managing your cleaning a breeze.

App was not useful to me. The notifications were inadequate. Wasted my money. It is very expensive for what it delivers.

I am a pretty terrible homemaker and my house was always messy. I resisted any system, because I felt like I wasnt cleaning because I didnt want to clean, not because I didnt know it was dirty. This app helps motivate me to clean a little every day so that I never feel so overwhelmed that I shut down and ignore the mess.

02/17: Still love this app - even when I struggle to get my house out of red status. :) Still would like the ability to have multiple houses in one app. I dont have multiple houses, but I sometimes help a friend clean. It would also be great for folks with cleaning services to track multiple homes and let clients know when they need more time to finish those rare tasks that pop up. Previous reviews: It motivates me to get an area to be green. If Im feeling lazy, looking at the to-do tasks by area allows me to pick a small task in a room that most concerns me to get it to green. :). I also like that it is based on the numbers of days/level of dirtiness versus tied to a particular day of the week. It helps me to start tackling some tasks during the week versus 90 tasks to do on the weekend. Great for this single working Mom of one that doesnt want weekends to just be cleaning. Wish list development: To be able to use the list across devices. DONE An iPad version would be great too. It would great if there was a higher level too. E.g. Track multiple houses (if you have a cleaning service, the gauge will give you the state of the house; click on house to see the rooms). Not even for a cleaning service, but multiple homes (2nd homes; helping elders with their homes). :) I REALLY would like to have multiple houses. My friend and I started to help each other clean. It would be great to have her house in my Tody. Click on her house, see the rooms, then tasks. The house should have a clean bar on it summing up the overall rooms. If this is added, you have to give users the ability to move current rooms into a house. Theres no way I could recreate my list - too much work. :)

As a proactive cleaner I would prefer it give alerts or notification when something this due. But in general I enjoy it!

Cool idea of the app an hoping to get a real iOS 8 update even for all devices.

I like that you can customize the frequency and task I wish it gave you an overview of what needs to be done when it hits the red and i wish you could rearrange things on your list once you created them. But other then that so for the app works great!

Great concept, but kept losing my data. Had to restart 3x and now it wont even allow me to open the app.

Its nice that there are no alarms or notifications -- just a record of activities. I also like the setting for cleaning attitude (Im very relaxed ;). I suspect, for me, this will show how long its been since I did anything rather than when its coming due.

I use the app and it works great. I look up what I need to do and do it. I do not need to stress out if I did not clean house from top to bottom as now I see what really needs attention. Was able to use pre populated categories and add my own like wash car or clean fish tank.

This app is a fantastic idea & super useful! Its helped me to pace myself & be able to concentrate on the tasks that need doing, instead of being overwhelmed over the whole house or even a room. In fact, I am so impressed by this app that I continue to rave to my family and friends (and occasionally to the people who are lamenting in stores!) and have gifted it a couple times too! Keep up the terrific work.

For those who are annoyed by rigid fixed schedules — the changing colour of the progress bar is a perfect way to represent the urgency of the need to clean. Its a non-forceful, more laid-back way to schedule.

OH MY GOSH! I feel soooo organized and I get so much done using this app. Helps me to stay on track. My house is clean and I feel less stressed because it is doing the planning FOR me. LOVE it! Definitely recommend it. You can even add kids schedules to it. Just check your To Do list every morning and you will feel so accomplished as you check things off!

This is a great little app. I hate hate hate cleaning! This app has not changed how I feel about cleaning but has helped me organize what needs to be done and when. For the first time Im keeping up on my house work. Really great App have already recommended it to people.
