This keeps track of the chores you forget about and prioritized tasks easily. The interface and concept are perfectly executed. Only issue is that I have to pay money in order to sync between devices...and BOTH people need to pay if you want to share the list between users...

Trust me...I have used lots of apps for housework. Have only had this one a few days and already it is a tremendous help for accomplishing the work I need to do. It helps me define my goals and then work till they are completed. And since we all know "a womans work is never done," after I finish a job, it tells me when I need to do it again. How frequently it gets done is set by me. I can even schedule it to be done on a specific date and time if I want to. Love it when I can check off "Just did it"! Then it automatically arranges that task in a certain order for when I am supposed to do it again. This app does not pressure me at all, nor do I feel guilty if I have to put off doing some task later. I am grateful for the reminders of what exactly it is I need to do and when. Im 65 and my "get up and go" isnt what it used to be when I was younger. But this App makes me look forward to getting my chores done! Its as if I look forward to cleaning house. I have lots of flower beds and borders in my yard so I plan to use it there. I am using it for my sewing projects. And I have a list of Pet Chores. There are just so many wonderful possibilities for using this App. I was hesitant to buy this because I have purchased so many useless apps. But for me personally, I am so grateful for the blessing it has been for me. Thank you to whoever created and designed it. You did really good!!!

Love it! Finally I have a way of staying ahead on housework (rather than a wait until something was visibly messy). Ive created a bunch of tasks, and Ive divided the rooms according to the FlyLadys zones method (which is a system to divide and conquer clutter over time). I now have four rooms totally cleaned and organized (including drawers and closets) and two more to go. Its very gratifying to mark a task as completed. Much better than a written system particularly for those seasonal chores like washing windows.

Im very scatterbrained while cleaning this app is perfect for that!

Im always wondering when I last did certain things around the house i.e. wash outside shower curtain, wash blue living room blanket. Only one suggestion--add the option to see an average of how often you actually do things.

Im not a good housekeeper and a lot of my time is spent figuring out what in the world needs to be done the most while taking care of my 3 kids. This app is my household chore memory. I can set how often I ideally or realistically would like to do a chore, and it keeps track for me when it was last done. It also makes a daily to do list for me, with the most overdue/pressing tasks at the top. Or, if Id rather just take one room, it shows me which room is the most in need of work and I can look at just the tasks for that room. There was some concern by others that it would just stress me out more, and maybe it would for some people if not having everything on a to do list completed by the end of the day stresses you out? But for me, not knowing what to do in my precious few minutes I can devote to housekeeping stresses me out more. I dont get everything on the list done, but it keeps a running tally for me of what I need to do the most. Love it! Only app Ive ever paid money for and it was worth it.

I was expecting a basic app with a boring look but to my surprise its the opposite. I can customize everything and editing is easy. I can set tasks by room and schedule them by day and time. Didnt expect so much for the price.

Very helpful for keeping track of chores and home cleaning tasks! My only issue with the app is that you must pay extra for syncing capabilities, which seems like it should come free as with most other apps. Other than that, however, I really enjoyed the app and highly recommend it!

This app seems to help motivate me or something to clean at times?! You can use this app with the Sidetracked Home Executives card system which is a Rotational house cleaning system. The chores on Tody are your cards and when you push "did it" it refiles the chore, similar to when you refile the chore with SHE system. I use the Flylady or other Zone idea with Tody. Each day Mon-Sat has a zone in my house. The chores are 8-12 or more in most categories. Then each day on the appropriate day I can choose my chores. This app does need some improvement and they will probably update it, but I like Tody!!!!!!

Excellent app, keeps one on target. Allows great flexibility with specific tasks which can be customized. Highly recommended!! New added features are wonderful.

Makes me want to add more housework to do, just so I can check it off! The only thing that would make it even better is make the app for iPad!!

I like that the areas are color-coded. It feels good when you can take a red zone and with just a bit of work take it to green again. But when listing by the to-do list it would be nice to have all tasks listed in order of status. So all overdue tasks could be from most overdue to current. It does most of the time but after I scroll down Ill find another group of tasks that shouldve been up higher. Of course if I stayed on top of things that wouldnt be an issue. All in all, a worthwhile app.

I recently fired the maid service that had been cleaning my house once each month. I was worried that I wouldnt be able to keep up, not with the everyday tasks, but with deep cleaning. I looked at multiple apps that would help me manage things, and I am so glad that I bought Tody! My house is cleaner than ever! It motivates me to continue checking off tasks so that all of my areas stay "green". I get such a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, much more so than just checking off a to do list. I have tried FlyLady in the past, and found it overwhelming, but this system works for me. .

Tody is a great idea for an app, but it doesnt work and support is unresponsive. Youre supposed to be able to schedule tasks for specific days and indicate that tasks were completed on specific days in the past. However, when you try to save, it doesnt - it just reverts back to the original. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I emailed support weeks ago to no response. In order to sync with a spouse, you both have to buy the 4$ app, and you both have to buy a subscription. That kind of money should by a working calendar function, or some kind of support for malfunctions, but nope. Save your money.

A long time ago I relied on an index card system. But in todays world it just wasnt working for me. Just never enough time to shuffle and organize my box. So I began the hunt for an app. I tried many. But there just wasnt anything close to the organization of the index card system I had. Until I found Tody. Tody isnt perfect. But in my opinion is the best in the market. It keeps everything neat and is easy to use. Its simple to customize to your home and the specific jobs you want to do. You set the pace on when you want each job done and how frequently you want to do it. I even set other goals other than cleaning up with Tody to keep on track. The only thing I would change- Tody rolls on from whenever the last time you hit done. So if you set a task for every week -say it should be done on Sunday and do it on Wednesday then Tody will remind you a week from Wednesday. In some cases I like the rolling timeline but I wish there was an option of setting a hard date. Other than that. Tody rocks.

I have been looking for an app to replace the old card system from Side-tracked Home Executives. This app is great. Works just like its supposed to. I have recommended it to 2 of my daughters and they have loved it too.

This app is perfect for managing household chores. Love it! I like how it tracks the last time the chore was done, and you can see the history of when its been completed, and how frequently you really do the chore. There is nothing wrong with the scheduling/calendar feature as reported by another user - once the task has been created, enter the date when you last did it, then click "edit/view previous actions" at the bottom of the task to delete the dates that were estimated by the app. This is a little klunky and you have to look hard to find it, but it works! I also like how it gives you more of a window of time in which the chore should be completed, and the green/yellow/red colors really help prioritize and motivate you to get those chores done. Excellent work, devs.

This app is great at helping me stay on track with my house cleaning - from daily tasks to monthly or even annual tasks. Somehow I am much less overwhelmed having this app to keep everything on track AND much more satisfied when Im done and can see all of my progress. The only thing I would REALLY, REALLY, REALLY like to see is a vacation delay so that Im not slammed with a bunch overdue tasks when I come back (i.e. Sheets dont have to be changed and toilet doesnt have to be cleaned when we werent even home). Thank you for this app. Its worth it!

Cant maintain the upkeep of my house without this app. I use this app daily to track my to dos. Very simple and intuitive interface. Very clean looking too! Kudos to the developers!

Great idea for an app, but I dont want to add things to my calendar, I want the app to remind me. If I wanted to add things to my calendar I could do that easily without the app. If the app notified me, my calendar wouldnt be even more cluttered.
